Chad Osgood is a three-time founder and CEO of Keel, which helps organizations put AI to practical use and rethink how work gets done. He previously built Premier Logic (acquired by ALTEN) and AI-powered fintech company Digilence (acquired by Aiwyn), and has operated businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. He is writing Organizational Debt: The Invisible Company, about the hidden decisions, habits, and workarounds that accumulate inside every organization. At NEXT Prague, he’ll lead an interactive session on AI’s implications for education, work, and society.

Swin Moore has spent his career on both sides of the table. He has underwritten and advised on more than a billion dollars of transactions across mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, and private-equity value creation, and he has run a company back from the edge of bankruptcy to a $50 million enterprise value. The companies he works with tend to bring him back: one public company has engaged him three times, each for a larger mandate.
